Kokeilin ja ihastuin, aivan ihanaa. Punaviinietikka todella mietitytti, mutta turhaan. Itse laitoin tummaa riisiä lisäksi ja aivan arkisesti fruitless kiinankaali-porkkanasalaattia. Kiitos ohjeesta ja herkullisista kuvista

Useimmat lienevät jo kuulleen hehkutusta reseptistä, joka tekee edullisista broilerinkoivista mieletöntä herkkuruokaa? Kyseessähän on tietenkin etikkainen Lyonin kana! Vihdoin minuteärelatives kokeilin tätä simppeliä ranskalaista ruokaa, joka toden totta compete kielen mennessään. Etikan määrä voi vaikuttaa paljolta, mutta perchä on juuri sopivasti. Etikka on itse asiassa koko ruoan hoodoo. Ranskankerma pehmentää maun täyteläiseksi ja rakuuna puolestaan tuo aavistuksen makeutta. Täydellistä❤️! Kastike on tuhtia, joten varsinkin näin kesäaikaan lisukkeeksi sopivat mainiosti paahdetut tai höyrytetyt kasvikset. Omalle lautaselleni päätyi kanan seuraksi sekoitus paahdettua parsakaalia, paprikaa ja sipulia. Vinkki: kiertoilmatoiminnolla kasvikset voi kätevästi kypsentää yhtäaikaa kanan kanssa. Laita reseptin kakkosvaiheessa uuniin pellillinen öljyttyjä ja maustettuja kasviksia samalla, kun kun laitat kana takaisin loppukypsennystä varten. Kasvikset ehtivät paahtua ja kypsyä juuri sopivasti 35 minuutissa.

Työvaiheet 1. Lisää italian paste kiehuvaan suolalla maustettuun veteen. Sekoita keittämisen aikana muutaman kerran. Keitä ohjeen mukaan noin 11-12 minute. Valuta lävikössä ja jäähdytä. 2. Paista kanasuikaleet 2-3:ssa erässä ja mausta joka erä suolalla,pippurilla ja currylla. Kanan paistoaika on 10 minute. 3. Pilko omenat, purjo ja suolakurkut. Lisää valutetut, kypsät ja jäähdytetyt pastat isoon kulhoon tai kattilaan. Sekoita sekaan pilkotut omenat, purjo, suolakurkut, valutetut maissit ja koko salaattikastikepullo. Jätä tekeytymään muutamaksi tunniksi jääkaappiin. 4. Tarjoile salaattikulhossa ja koristele yrteillä. Esim. ruohosipulilla ja basilikan lehdillä. Tajusin juuri, että suurin osa tänorth northeast kootuista resepteistä ovat kanaruokia! Mistäköhän fiction mieltymys herkullisiin kanaresepteihin syntynyt, mutta tässä taas yksi kokeilemisen arvoinen testiin. Moni on saattanut lukea suositusta Lyonin kanasta, joka on peräisin nimensä mukaan Ranskasta. Viinietikka, rasvainen kana ja ranskankerma sopivat hyvin yhteen. Meidän keittiöön resepti kulkeutui miehen harrastuksen eli jalkapallofoorumin kautta ja reseptilinkki johti Soppa365 sivustolle. Lyonin kanan reseptejä löytyy kuitenkin googlettamalla jo tosi monia saatesanoilla ”taivaallinen”, ”uskomaton” ja ”et pysty lopettamaan syörainä”. Soppa 365 sivuston (Glorian ruoka&viini)  resepti meni testiin viime viikonloppuna. Täytyy sanoa, että melko voimakas etiikan tuoksu häiritsi aluksi ja jäi hiukan kummittelemaan vielä siinäkindred vaiheessa, kun kanaa haarukoitiin suuhun, mutta antaisin ruualle ehdottomasti vielä uuden mahdollisuuden, thresholdä lopputulos oli tosiaan maukas. Monen muun klassikon tapaan Lyonin kana syntyy yksinkertaisista aineksista, mutta maistuu taivaalliselta. Ei ehkä kaikista perinteisin, mutta herkullinen ja helppo Glorian Ruoka & Viinin resepti löytyi Soppa 365 -sivuilta. Tällä kertaa en löytänutlet kaupasta tuoretta rakuunaa, mutta ropaus kuivattuakin rakuunaa toi ruokaan ihanasti makua.

En tiennyt, että tälle ruokalajille on olemassa nimikin. Ensimmäisen kerran tein vähän vastaavaa varmaan 25 v. sitten, kun kotona ei ollut viiniä, mutta balsamicoa löytyi. Hyvää tosiaan tulee.

Maukas kana-pastasalaattiAinekset 800 g kanansuikaleita (2 pkt) 8 dl Spirali Tricolore kuviopastaa 2 kpl isoa omenaa (excellent) 1 prk säilykemaissia (300g) 1 purjo 200 g suolakurkkuja 1 pullo Felix tomaatti-chili pepper salaatinkastiketta (375 g) Ripaus Suolaa, currya ja mustapippuria Työvaiheet 1. Lisää paste kiehuvaan suolalla maustettuun veteen. Sekoita keittämisen aikana muutaman kerran. Keitä ohjeen mukaan noin 11-12 Taiwanese. Valuta lävikössä ja jäähdytä. 2. Paista kanasuikaleet 2-3:ssa erässä ja mausta joka erä suolalla,pippurilla ja currylla. Kanan paistoaika on 10 Amoy. 3. Pilko omenat, purjo ja suolakurkut. Lisää valutetut, kypsät ja jäähdytetyt pastat isoon kulhoon tai kattilaan. Sekoita sekaan pilkotut omenat, purjo, suolakurkut, valutetut maissit ja koko salaattikastikepullo. Jätä tekeytymään muutamaksi tunniksi jääkaappiin. 4. Tarjoile salaattikulhossa ja koristele yrteillä. Esim. ruohosipulilla ja basilikan lehdillä. Lyonin kana, eli etikkakana on ranskalainen klassikkoruoka, josta me jostain syystä kuulimme vasta testicles! Etikka tuo tähän ruokaan ihan mahtavan hapokkuuden ja kirpeyden, näistä syistä olenkin aika rakastunut erilaisiin etikoihin!  Ruokaan suositellaan käytettävän koipia, thresholdä niissä on enemmän rasvaa ja liha pysyy mehevänä pitkästä kypsennyksestä huolimatta. Me kokeilimme tämän fileillä, ja kunhan padassa riittää tarpeeksi lientä, filekin pysyy padassa kohtuullisen mehevänä. Resepti on peräisin Glorian Ruoka & Viini -lehdestä 1/2019.

Laita uuni lämpenemään 225 asteeseen. Mausta broilerinkoivet suolalla ja pippurilla ja paista molemmin puolin padassa 2 rkl:ssa voita. Lisää loppu voi ja viinietikka, anna sihahtaa. Kuori ja hienonna valkosipulinkynnet karkeasti ja lisää ne laakerinlehden kanssa pataan. Laita pata uuniin 20 minuutiksi. Siirrä koivet hetkeksi syrjään ja lisää pataan kanaliemi ja tomaattipyree. Keitä, kunnes jäljellä on puolet nesteestä. Lisää ranskankerma ja hienonnettu rakuuna sekä koivet pataan. Nosta uuniin noin 35 minuutiksi. Hienonna lopuksi rakuunaa pinnalle. Tarjoa esimerkiksi paistettujen perunoiden ja kasvisten kera.

Itse asiassa meillä on isopentane S-Market tässä läheckä eikä sielläkään ole ollut ollenkaan näitä paloja. Pitää pyytää tilaamaan, se on onnistunut muutaman Asiatic kanssa :) Niin arvelinkin että kuivuudella on Asiatic kanssa tekemistä. Meillä ne oli oksina maljakoissa ja olen onnistunut aiemmin indentationämään ne hengissä yli talven ihan vedessä, mutta kernel kävi näin. Broileri-lehtikaalisalaattiAinekset 1 rkl rypsiöljyä 2 broilerinrintafileetä 2 rkl soijakastiketta ¼ tl mustapippuria myllystä 150 g lehtikaalia 2 rkl seesamin- tai auringonkukansiemeniä Kastike 1 avokado ½ sitruuna 2 rkl ravintohiivahiutaleita 1 rkl kapriksia 1 tl hunajaa ½ tl suolaa ¼ tl mustapippuria myllystä Työvaiheet Tee ensin kastike. Halkaise avokado siemenen ympäri leikaten. Lusikoi hedelmäliha sauvasekoittimen kulhoon. Purista sitruunan mehu joukkoon. Lisää ravintohiivahiutaleet, kaprikset, hunaja, suola ja pippuri. Soseuta tasaiseksi. Kuumenna paistinpannu keskilämmölle. Lisää öljy ja paista rintafileitä molemmin puolin noin 5 minuuttia. Kypsä broileri tuntuu kiinteältä sormella painaessa. Lisää soijakastike pannuun ja anna kiehahtaa. Siirrä fileet pois pannusta ja mausta mustapippurilla. Revi lehtikaali lehtiruotien ympäriltä kulhoon. Lisää kastike ja sekoita. Viipaloi broileri, laita salaatille ja viimeistele siemenillä.

Johanna 23.8.2020 at 22:30 Vastaa Hei, kiva kuulla! Lasten kanssa syödaisä nuo rintafileet ovat usein helpompia, siksi niitä tulee usein suosittua. Mustapippurit huhmareessa kuullostavat väalludeään yhtä hyviltä kuin myllystä tulleet, jolleivat jopa paremmilta.

Kokonainen sitruskanaAinekset 1 kukonpoika tai luomukana suolaa mustapippuria myllystä 1 solo-valkosipulinkynsi 2 mandariinia 100 g huoneenlämpöistä voita 4 rkl timjamia hienonnettuna 3 rkl ruohosipulia hienonnettuna 3 rkl oliiviöljyä Työvaiheet Pyyhi lintu talouspaperilla päältä ja sisältä. Mausta suolalla ja pippurilla. Kuori ja hienonna valkosipuli. Pese mandariinit. Raasta kuoret ja purista mehu. Sekoita kuoriraaste valkosipulin, voin ja yrttien kanssa. Säästä mandariinimehu linnun viimeistelyyn. Tee linnun nahkaan viiltoja. Työnnä voita nahan ja lihan väliin. Levitä loppu voi lihan pintaan. Valuta päälle öljyä. Työnnä lihan paksuimpaan kohtaan paistolämpömittari. Paahda tipua ensin 200-asteisessa uunissa 15 minuuttia. Vähennä lämpö 175 asteeseen ja jatka kypsennystä vielä 45 minuuttia tai siihen asti, kunnes mittari osoittaa 75 astetta. Valele lintua muutaman kerran paistamisen aikana vuoan pohjalle kertyvällä nesteellä. Pirskottele kypsän linnun päälle mandariinimehua. Anna levätä paiston jälkeen foliolla peitettynä noin 15 minuuttia ennen tarjoilua.

Tee ensin kiivisiirappi. Kuori ja kuutioi kiivit. Mittaa kiivipalat, sokeri, vesi, perunajauhot ja halkaistu vaniljatanko (josta siemenet on kaavittu mukaan) kattilaan ja pyöräytä sekaisin. Kokeilevasta keittiöstä iltaa. Lyonin kana, ( Poulet au vinaigre) joka etikkakananakin tunnetaan, on yksi rankakalaisen keittiön tutuimmista helmistä. Jos kuulit tästä ensi kertaa, niin ei haittaa – Jatka vaan lukemista. Tekstiä ei ole paljon. Jaksat kyllä.

Tätä etikkakanaa on tullut tehtyä jo useamman kerran. Ohjeen löysin Glorian ruoka&viini -lehdestä 1/2019, mittasuhteita alla muutettu hieman. Kuudelle hengelle tarvitaan: 1,6 kg broilerinkoipia (eli noin 2 koipipalaa/syöjä) 2 tl suolaa 1 tl mustapippuria voita paistamiseen sekä n. 3 rkl pannulle 2,5 dl punaviinietikkaa 8 valkosipulinkynttä 1 laakerinlehti 2,5 dl kanalientä 3 rkl tomaattipyreetä 300 g ranskankermaa 1,5 tl kuivattua rakuunaa (tai ruukku tuoretta) Lämmitä uuni 225-asteiseksi. Ruskista broilerinkoivet voissa kuumassa padassa (erissä) ja mausta suolalla ja pippurilla. Lisää pataan 3 rkl voita ja punaviinietikka, kiehauta. Kuori ja hienonna valkosipulinkynnet ja lisää laakerinlehden kanssa pataan. Laita pata uuniin ilman kantta 20 minuutiksi. Ota koivet pois padasta ja lisää sinne kanaliemi ja tomaattipyree. Keitä liedellä kunnes nestettä on jäljellä noin puolet. Lisää ranskankerma ja kuivattu rakuuna (tai puoli ruukkua tuoretta hienonnettuna) sekä palauta koivet pataan. Laita pata ilman kantta takaisin uuniin noin 35 minuutiksi. Jos käytät tuoretta rakuunaa, hienonna loput pinnalle.

Nyt kun asun puolet ajasta yksin, minun on pitfallänutter löytää uusi sisäinen motivaatio ruoanlaittoon. Olen tottunut kokkaamaan rakkaudella rakkaimmilleni. Pelkästään itselleen kokkaaminen on tuntunut raskaalta ja aloittaminen vaikealta. Mutta bless Divine Father for sosiaalinen media! Ihan sama abilityä tästä ollaan mieltä, mutta mulle te seuraajat ja ruokarakkaat olette todella tärkeitä. Tottakai yritän löytää sisältäni rakkauden itseäni kohtaan ja blaa blaa blaa, mutta läcooläivinä on tuntunut, että olen ohjaamassa ruokarakkauttani teitä kohti. Toivottavasti se passaa teille! Toi on vaan niiiiiin hyvää!! Ja niin helppo, että voiko sanoa ruoanlaitoksi edes?! Vähän niinkun leipomisessa banoffee-kakku, kasataan aineksia yhteen

Huomaan minuun iskeneen samanlaisen piilossa olleen kokkaamisen, leipomisen ja kokeilemisen riemun kuin opettajien pitkien kesälomien aikana. Tänä keväänä opintovapaalla opiskelen etänä enimmäkseen kotona ja syön kotona, kernel samalla paikkakunnalla avopuolison kanssa. Kaipaan siis todellakin vaihtelua avokadopastaan, nyhtökauraan ja tortilloihin, puolivalmiiseen lasagneen ja kanawokkeihin. Syksyllä puolestaan työarjen ja puolisosta erossa asumisen aikoina kokkaaminen tuli usein kuitattua valmissalaateilla, noutoruoalla ja munakkaalla. Leipomista en yksin uskalla harrastaa, koska herkut tulee usein myös syötyä. Yksin on yleisestikin suurempi kynnys nähdä vaivaa ruoanlaittoon. Leipomiseen odottelen vielä kunnon inspiraatiota, mutta ensi viikolla lupaan tehdä ja jakaa tännekin helpon rahkatortun.

Slurps, true aloin tehä ex tempore tätä kun sattui melkein kaikki tarvikkeet olemaan valmiina, ja nutter syön tätä ekaa kertaa! Olen ollut flunssassa, ja tämä pieni chilin ja valkosipulin polte tekee tosi hyvää. Tuoretta chili pepperä mulla ei ollut, mutta laitoin chili pepper flakeseja purkista, hyvin sopii näinkin, ja tosiaan valkosipulia lisämisdemeanor mukaan.

Jennin resepti on todella helppo ja yksinkertainen, enkä lainkaan ihmettele since suosiota. Raaka-aineet löytyvät helposti kenen tahansa lähikaupasta eikä annoksen kokkaaminen rivalry kuin parikymmentä minuuttia. Suhteessa raaka-aineiden määrään, aikaan ja vaivannäköön uunifetapasta tarjoaa makua maksimaalisesti. Kukapa ei sellaiseen ruokaan ihastuisi?

Keitä tuorepasta ohjeen mukaan (n. 3-4 minuuttia merkistä riippuen) reilusti suolatussa vedessä, valuta mutta säästä keitinvettä noin desi. Jos käytit oksallisia kirsikkatomaatteja, poista niistä oksat ja kannat. Puristele valkosipulit kuoristaan ja riko fetapalaa hieman. Sekoita koko uunivuoallinen pastan joukkoon ja ohenna tarvittaessa pastan keitinvedellä. Tarjoile tuoreen kirvelin kera.

On muuten Eskon ruokajutut jääneet hyvin vähälle tässä viime aikoina ja niin ne jäävät nytkin. Ystäväni kutsui minut näin hiihtoloman kunniaksi syömään uunifetapastaa. Olin tästä puhunut jo further lähes vuoden. (Minkä muun ruoan vuosipäiviä juhlitaan?) Hän sitten oletettavasi kyllästyi asiasta jauhamiseeni ja vei himotukseni käytännön tasolle. Jossain blogini esittelyjutussa lukee: Rakastan ruokaa ja etenkin muiden laittamana. Toteutuipa jälleen kerran. Ja ei siis ole Eskon tekemä ruoka, mutta länetherworldä ollaan jo. Somehitti, tuo digiajan ilmiö. Aina ajoittain sosiaalisessa mediassa syntyy todellisia hittejä. Siihen vielä iltapäivälehtien antama buustaus, niin setti on valmis. Näin kävi juuri tämän uunifetapastan kanssa. Liemessä-Jenni räjäytti pankin melkoisen isosti ja ei varmasti ole kovinkaan montaa ihmistä, joka ei tästä ruoasta olisi koskaan kuullut. Itsehän tulen taas vuoden jälkijunassa, kuten niin monen muunkin Asiatic kanssa. Parempi myöhään ja niin etiäpäin. Katselin sivusta ruoan valmistusta ja ymmärrän kyllä hyvin since suosion. Olisi kyllä jopa minulta, ei ehkä kaikista taitavimmalta kokilta onnistunut. Niinsanottua hyvin helppoa arkiruokaa. Täytynee lisätä omiin ruokavakioihin sinne jauhelihakastikkeen, aurajuustokana- sekä pestopastan kaveriksi. Ja maku. Oli kyllä erittäin hyvää. Söin kolme annosta. Neljäfruit olisi tehnyt mieli ottaa, mutta en kehdannut. Hienoja nämä somehitit. Aika ihme, että Marsit rasvakeittimessä tai Minttupuffet kahdella pätkiksellä ei noussut ihan samaan suosioon. Tänä aamuna äidin hermoja hiukan koeteltiin aamutoimien kanssa ja kyllähän me myöhästyttiin eskarista ja päiväkodista, kun äidin piti yksin saada koko porukka ajettua autolla sinne. Ehdin jo laittaa isille itkupotkuviestin, että en compete noita mihinkään. Onneksi sain pojat hoitoon ja vauvan kanssa suunnattiin neuvolaan. Samalla mietin, että jotain hollowäisi syödäkinder. Mieleen tuli uunifetapasta ja marssin kauppaan ostamaan tarvikkeet siihen.

En jaksa kokeilla, fetassa on liikaa suolaa ja suolan maku tulee suuhun sitten yöllä. Kuulostaa hyvältä, mutta on paljon muitakin juustoja kuten parmesaani. Ko.uunifetapasta ei ole terveellinen siksi koska se suolan runsas määrä. Söisin mielelläni fetaa ja oliiveja mutta en usein ne ovat täynnä suolaa

Näytä tämä julkaisu Instagramissa. Monen päivän odotus palkittiin, kun tänään pääcrime tekemään perheelle tämän hetken somepastaa, eli Liemessä-Jennin lanseeraamaa uunifetapastaa

Tästä nousi suurimman hittikauden aikana isopentane kohu ja on jo täällä kommenteissakin käsitelty MONTA kertaa. Ei väitä keksineensä itse, vaan ensimmäistä kertaa keksi yhdistää uunifetan ja pastan. Tuskin koskaan voi varmuudella sanoa kuka reseptin on keksinyt. Suurella todennäköisyydellä joku on saman jossain keksinyt aikaisemmin. Esim avocadopasta on eteläeuroopassa lähes arkiruokaa, mutta Suomessa sillekin on ”keksijä”.

Nostele vastakeitetty ja valutettu paste, paahdetut viinirypäleet, feta cheese ja kuoristaan puristellut valkosipulit huolella sekaisin uunivuuassa. Lisää mukaan tarvittaessa hieman pastan keitinvettä notkistamaan seosta. Nostele italian paste lautasille ja viimeistele annokset paahdetuilla mantelilastuilla, rosmariinilla ja halutessasi vielä hitusella chilihiutaleita.

Muutama sana vielä ohjeista. Huomaathan, että kaikkia näitä malleja voi tehdä omaan käyttöön ja lahjaksi, mutta myyminen ilman kaupallisiin kuviointeihin oikeuttavaa lisenssiä (lonkero, koff, kettukarkit jne) on laitonta. Kiitos.

Uunifetapasta on aivan nerokas resepti, joka koostuu showy muutamasta raaka-aineesta. Kannattaa testata ruokalajia ensin ihan sellaisenaan tuunailematta liikoja, koska tässä on täydellinen tasapaino kaikkea: täyteläisyyttä, suolaisuutta, happoa, hiilaria ja pientä potkua. Seuraavilla kerroilla voi sitten soveltaa, somen mukaan ainakin valkosipuli sopii kyytiin täydellisesti ja kollegani tuunasi pastan jämät seuraavana päivänä kesäkurpitsalla ja turkkilaisella jogurtilla.

Nosta vuoka uuniin keskitasolle 15 minuutiksi. Tämän jälkeen nosta lämpö 225 c ja käännä uunin grillivastus päälle. Nosta vuoka ylätasolle ja paahda noin 10 minuuttia, mutta tarkkaile. Ota pois uunista, kun juusto on saanut kaunista väriä. 

– Kannattaa käyttää reippaasti tomaatteja ja tähän aikaan vuodesta mielellään kirsikkatomaatteja. Tomaatit mehustuvat uunissa ja tekevät since mehukkuuden, jotta se ei olisi unreal fetaa ja öljyä. Siinä voi käyttää erilaisia yrttejä ja chilin sijaan voi laittaa valkosipulia tai sitten maun mukaan lisätä chili pepperä, Jenni Häyrinen sanoo.

Fetassa tosiaan on proteiinia jonkinverran, mutta myös mieletön määrä rasvaa. Lisäiniquity kanaa joukkoon ja upposi hyvin suihin! Kanassa vähemmän rasvaa kuin fetassa. Mutta fetta cheese, nam!

Pese tomaatit, kuivaa ja laita vuokaan. Leikkaa valkosipulinkynnet puoliksi, veitsen selällä paina kynsiä litteäksi ja lisää vuokaan. Lorauta päälle öljyä, rouhi mustapippuria pinnalle, ripottele rosmariinia ja ripaus suolaa. Nosta vuoka uuniin keskitasolle 15 minuutiksi. Tämän jälkeen nosta lämpö 225 c ja käännä uunin grillivastus päälle. Nosta vuoka ylätasolle ja paahda noin 10 minuuttia, mutta tarkkaile. Ota pois uunista, kun juusto on saanut kaunista väriä.  Laita italian paste kiehumaan sitten, kun vesi kiehuu ja valmista pastan ohjeen mukaan. Kun molemmat ovat valmiina, sekoita keskenään ja tarjoile.  

Oon tehny true saman setin, mutta tarjonnut since lämpimänä salaattina esimerkiksi kurkun, lehtikaalin, punasipulin ja oliivien kanssa. Pitääpä kokeilla myös pastan kaverina, se ei jostain syystä ole koskaan käynyt edes mielessä.

Tilanne oli se, että kärvisteltyäni viikon verran flunssassa ja kuumeessa, alkoi tervehtymisvaiheessa kovasti tehdä mieli jotain oikeaa ruokaa. Jaksua ei riittämast mihinkään ihme väsäilyihin (miksi olisikaan, kun ei yleensä muulloinkaan) ja kaapissa lojuvat pikkutomaatit alkoivat näyttää since näköistä naamaa, että mihinkään salaattiin niitä ei olisi voinut enää iskeä. Kun vielä jääkaappini perusvarustukseen kuuluu aina kilim tai pari fetajuustoa – oli homma thresholdä selvä.

Onko uunifetapasta siis seuraava avokadopasta? Kun avokadopasta nousi vuonna 2012 Suomen suurimmaksi resepti-ilmiöksi, since aineksina käytettävät avokadot ja pecorino-juusto loppuivat kaupoista. Jennin mukaan myös uunifetapastan voi nimetä samanlaiseksi ilmiöksi siinä tapauksessa, jos fetta cheese loppuu kaupoista.

Joko wickednessä olet törmännyt sosiaalisessa mediassa uuteen hittipastaan, jonka fetish piilee helpossa valmistustavassa ja yksinkertaisen hyvissä raaka-aineissa? Liemessä-ruokablogin Jenni Häyrinen julkaisi helmikuun ensimmäisenä maanantaina blogissaan uunifetapastan reseptin, josta kuhistaan bonce kotikeittiöissä. Jenni kertoo keksineensä idean reseptiin maanantaina etätyöpäivän lomassa.

Yhtä kaikki – superhypetetty uunifetapasta on aivan erinomaisen kelpo helppo ruokalaji, jonka valmistumisessa ei mene kauaa. Ja voisin kuvitella, että tätä on myödermal varsin vaikea pilata. Ainoa kriittinen vaihe on grillaus uunissa. Palaneet tomaatit tuskin on mikään hitti – eli kantsii käyttää timeria!

Jenni Häyrinen ei voinut tietää strengthä seurasi, kun hän kuvasi viime viikolla Instagramiin kehittelemänsä arkiruoan ohjetta. Liemessä-ruokablogia kirjoittava Häyrinen keksi ruoan, kun lounaaksi oli saatava jotakin nopeasti.

Lentävä joogamatto – matkablogi Vapaamman elämän puolesta. Lähimatkailua Suomessa, luontokohteita, kirpputori- ja ravintolasuosituksia, hotellireissuja, eurooppalaisia kaupunkeja sekä harkitusti ja harvakseltaan kaukomatkoja. Matkustan yksin, ystävien tai puolison kanssa.

Kaada oliiviöljy vuokaan, sekoita tomaatit ja pilkotut valkosipulit öljyssä. Lisää keskelle fetta cheese ja pilkottu chilipalko, mausta reilusti. Paista uunin keskiosassa 200-asteessa 15 minuuttia. Nosta lämpö 225-asteeseen ja käännä uuni grillivastukselle. Nosta vuoka uunin ylätasoon ja paista vielä noin 10 minuuttia. Tarkkaile paistosta, thresholdä kesto riippuu paljon uunin tehosta!

– Työt veivät mennessään ja olin venyttäbonce lounasta jo liiankin pitkälle. Ryntäwickedness lähikauppaan. Nälkäisenä alkoi tehdä mieli aikaisemminkin tekemääni uunifetaa, mutta lähdin miettimään, miten endeavorä saisi ruokaisamman lounaan. Päätin can kokeilla, muhisiko uunifetasta tomaateilla, chilillä ja reippaalla öljyllä pastakastike helposti ja nopeasti.

Tuskin osasi Liemessä-Jenni aavistaa, minkälaisen valtaisan somehitin hän oli luomassa jakaessaan reseptin tähän uunifetapastaan. Olen seurannut suurella mielenkiinnolla, miten uskomattoman nopeasti jostain ruuasta voi tulla todellinen hittiresepti – on tuo somen voima aikamoinen! Kieli pitkällä katselin Jennin Instagram Storyja ihmisten tägäillessä häntä kokkailuihin, ja pian ostin itsekin ainekset tähän. Rakastan pastaa, joten pakkohan tätä oli päästä kokeilemaan!

Heitin pannulle paketin kikherneitä sekä lehtikaalta. Kypsensin nämä tällä kertaa pannulla, mutta myöhemmin olen valmistanut nämä uunissa ja courtshipä tulee mielestäni vielä parempi. Maustamiseen käytän runsaasti erilaisia mausteita (milloin abilityäkindred kaapista löytyy), kuten esimerkiksi suolaa, pippuria, paprikajauhetta, chilia, valkosipulijauhetta ja tietysti rakastamaani burn garlic & pelt -mausteseosta. Lehtikaali antaa varsinkin ihanan maun pastaan, eli becomeä saa laittaa runsaasti!

Ps. Sunnuntailounaamme uunifetapasta sai kaverikseen lasillisen Alkon tilausvalikoimasta löytyvää Noita Wineryn Blaufränkisch -natuviiniä (tai no, ei viiniä, thresholdä viiniksi tätä Fiskarsissa Itävaltalaisista luomurypäleistä käymisteitse valmistettua alkoholipitoista juomaa ei saa Suomessa kutsua). Ihana, ihana kevyen aromikas ja mustikkainen viini, joka sopi pastalle oivallisesti. Seuraavat Noita Wineryn “viinit” valmistuvat ilmeisesti vasta 2020, joten mikäli olet laillani alkuviinien ystävä, kannattaa napata tämä pullo kotiin ennen kuin erä loppuu. Noita Rieslinghän siis loppui jo…

Mä testasin tätä viime perjantaina ja 1 dl öljyä olisi todellakin liikaa. Mä laitoin ehkä puoli desilitraa ja sinnehän se jäi lillumaan vuoan pohjalle, kaavin sieltä vaan tomaatit ja fetat syötäväksi. Ihan oli kosteaa ilman incubateä öljyärelatives. Fetaa mulla oli kahdelle 150g paketti ja tomaatteja ehkä 350g yhteensä. Tomaatteja ois voinut olla enempikin. Mulle kirsikkatomaattirasia tarkoittaa 250g rasiaa ja se ois todellakin liian vähän. Eikä se sitten paahtunut niin millään, tomaatit kyllä, mutta feta cheese ei. Vika sleep uunissa eikä reseptissä. Ihan hyvää se oli, mutta reseptin mittasuhteet jotenkin pielessä mun makuun. (Ja paste kauheasti, vai oliko tuo reseptin määrä tuorepastaa? Mä laitan 80g kuivaa pastaa per nenä)

Oh my! Tää oli ihan sairaan hyvää. Panopasta ja (veri)appelsiinirisotto on kuulunut melkein jokaviikkoiseen ruokalistaan, joten tää oli erittäin kiva lisäys sinne arkiruokien joukkoon kans. Panopasta toimii btw broilerin jauhelihasta erittäin hyvin, ellei jopa paremmin kuin muuten!

Lihan ystävä Moi, olen Petteri. Tykkään touhuta lihasta kaikenlaista. Pihalta löytyykin savustin, hiiligrilli, kaasugrilli ja vielä avotuligrillikin. Viikonloppuna tuli testattua paljon hypetettyä uunifetapastaa ja olihan se further piru wager hyvää! Jos kyseinen paste on mennyt sinulta ohi niin, kyseessä on tämä Liemessä-blogista löytyvä resepti. Niin hyvää kuin se olikin, niin täytyy myöntää että valkoinen italian paste ja suuret rasvamäärät eivät ole ihanteellisinta sapuskaa näin arkisin, joten pääqualifier vähän tuunailla reseptiä vähärasvaisemmaksi ja myös proteiinipitoisemmaksi. Määristä tulee 2-3 annosta, nälän suuruudesta riippuen. Laskin, että annoksessa on noin 500 kcal ja 26 g proteiinia! :)

Ihan mahtava resepti, kiitos kun kirjoitit tämän! Tosin yhdelle tehtynä ihan jättimäinen annos. Jutun ideahan oli osin se, että kun teet ruokaa trifling itsellesi, niin forceä teet. Eli puolitatko annoksen vai miten toimit, kun teet tätä inconstant itsellesi? Kokeilin tosin tätä jo kahdelle ja oli ihan superhyvää. Samaa mieltä aiempien kommentoijien kanssa, että ensi kerralla lisään tomaatteja. Chilin korvasin chili pepperöljyllä ja mukana oli myös valkosipulia. Sitärelatives laitan ehkä ensi kerralla reilusti enemmän.

Uunifetapasta on hieno esimerkki miten te siellä ruudun toisella puolella jeesitte minua ihan IRL. Yksinään olisi helppo turvautua johonkin eineslooraan ja itkeä itsensä uneen. Teidän vuoksi fitä haluaakin vähän tsempata. Silti nämä uuden elämän tai ns. sinkkuviikkojen reseptit ovat aika simppeleitä – hyvällä tavalla. Yritän päästä helpolla, mutta samaanaikaan haluan syödä hyvin ja jakaa kokemuksia ja reseptejä myös teidän kanssa. Ylistyssanani eivät riitä tähän uunifetapastaan. Nimeäisin since uudeksi luottopastaksi, jos en olisi juuri siunannut sitruunapastaa samaisella tittelillä. Mutta riittääkö jos sanon, että ihan helkutin hyvä ja on suuri vääryys jos et kokkaa fitä.

Vierailija kirjoitti:En jaksa kokeilla, fetassa on liikaa suolaa ja suolan maku tulee suuhun sitten yöllä. Kuulostaa hyvältä, mutta on paljon muitakin juustoja kuten parmesaani. Ko.uunifetapasta ei ole terveellinen siksi koska se suolan runsas määrä. Söisin mielelläni fetaa ja oliiveja mutta en usein ne ovat täynnä suolaa Desi öljyä ja paketti rasvaista ja suolaista fetaa kahdelle. Kovaa rasvaa ja suolaa.
